Consolidated Investments was started in 2016 by two brothers with a passion to be the best at what they do: Wayne van Jaarsveld, who completed his Honours degree in Financial Accounting at the University of Pretoria, and Andre van Jaarsveld, who completed an LLB and BCom Law at the same university.
It began as a small courier venture, delivering parcels, tenders and small packages all over South Africa. From there the business grew into tailor-made heavy lifting, transport and rigging across South Africa and its neighbouring countries.
We are an ISO 9001 certified company and a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to excellent service, supported by a modern fleet of immaculately maintained cranes, crane trucks and trailers.
Our drivers, crane operators and riggers are renowned and trusted by South Africa's largest and most demanding construction, manufacturing and industrial clients.

The company starts
Consolidated Investments (Pty) Ltd is registered to serve the niche market for tailor-made heavy lifting, transport and rigging across South Africa and its neighbouring countries.
2018
Fleet and crews built in-house
Crane trucks, mobile cranes, trailers and forklifts join the fleet — run by our own drivers, crane operators and riggers, trained, licensed and trusted on site.

Mobile Cranes

Container Transport
Container loaders make loading and offloading of full containers simple, lifting up to 27 ton.
Closed Trucks
Tail-lift equipped closed trucks, including air-ride vehicles for medical scanners, data racks and telecom electronics.
Forklifts
A fleet of forklifts to supply any forklift or effect any specific delivery or factory relocation.
Warehousing & Storage
Trained staff for container de-stuffing and reloading onto pallets, with damages recorded.
Export Packaging & Lashing
Export-grade packaging and lashing that keeps machinery and cargo secure for road, sea and cross-border transit.
